Max Foam Plant
To produce flat top blocks of flexible PU foam, maximum output 225 kg/min, has adjustable side walls to make blocks of different widths.
- Continuous production of flat top PU foam blocks.
- Versatility 9 to 50 density.
- Fresh yield upto 88%
- Maximum output 225 kg/minute.
- Optional equipment such as extra chemical streams and digital flow meters available.
The max foam plant produes a continuous slab of flat top flexible pU foam. Blocks of desired length can be cut with the help fo a block cut-off machine at the end of the coveyor.
These machines are suitable for high productions.
