Automatic Circular Foam Cutting Machine
Automatic machine with digital controls, for continuous slitting & stacking of foam sheets with an accuracy of ± 0.1mm.

- Can cut sheets in the range of 2.5mm to 200mm.
- Two parallel systems for cutting, electronic & magnetic.
- Pre-selection of number of table revolutions through digital display.
- Electric grinding apparatus for efficient blade sharpening.
- Vacuum system in slitting area.
- Available in 8 blocks & 11 blocks models.

The circular cutting machines from ASE are desinged to provide an accurate and reliable meansof cuttng lexible PU foam blocks into desied thickness reanging from mattresses (100 to 200 mm) to thin sheets as lo as 1.5 mm. These machines are fully automatic and are available different models.

As AC motor with varialbel speed, drives the rotary table loaded with foam block. The slitting secton driven by electric motor throgh transmission belts lowers t th preset tickness automatically after each revlution, giving a stack o sheets of the desired thickness.
