Automatic Batch Foaming Machine

The automatic batch foam machine has been designed for the convenience of batch foamers. The machine has complete range of tanks, pumps, motors, RPM counters, pressure indication, and complete pipeline from tanks to the mixer. A small pre-mixer is also installed ahead of the main mixer. Catalysts run on re-circulation through three way valves.

• Density: Between 10-40 kgs, cubic meter.
• Polyol meter pump with motor, tank 1500 liter made by carbon steel.
• TDI meter pump with motor, tank 1000 liter made by carbon steel.
• Blowing Agent meter pump with motor, tank 300 liter made by stainless steel.
• Catalyst 1 Water with Silicone and Amine, tank 150 liter made by SS.
• Catalyst 2 Polyol with Tin, tank 50 liter made by SS
• Mixing motor 15 HP: Pre Mixer motor 5HP.
