Batch Foam Machines
The batch foam
machine are used to produce flexible PU foam block with one blockata
tme process. These are low priced machines meant for relatively low
production.
Process
First, pre weighed water and TDI are poured into their respective tanks, placed just above the main mixing vessel.
Polyol and
cataloysts are weighed manually and poured into the mixing vessel adn
first mixign is started by pressing the speed 1 push button.
Now the TDI + Water
valves are opened (from the control panel), Once TDI + Water are poured
into te ixing vessel, Speed 2 is switched ON. Teh machine mixes th
chemicals and release hem into the modl The iopen window in the modl is
closed manually,. The block may be demolded after 5 to 10 minutes.
